While I was at Lincoln City, Oregon coast 1 Jan 2010 (New Year’s Day), I went for a 5mile walk. Great to have a video camera on board. Watch the wicked beach surf during the shoot. Meditate on the wave action. You’ll get drawn into the crazy surf, little birds in search of sea crustations, etc. Use the log as a reference point as you enjoy this relaxing mind, body soul activity.
